Ummm I don't have a frog for a pet but I have a bunch of frogs that I am taking care of atm for an experiment. No pictures of them because they are going to die on Monday, then again on Tuesday. All in the sake of science.

And we have 2 types of frogs, leopard frogs (Rana pipens) and bullfrogs. They ain't pets though, they are experiments.

Sleep now, back to college later today...

We are doing in water exposure to pyrene (a polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon or PAH) which is a carcinogen. We are testing what effects it has on membrane permeability of the frog skin. Could go into detail but I just get blank stares when I do that.

Well in about 35 minutes I will be headed back to school. Have to meet my TA to give her her key back and do the final Depuration before we sacrifice them tomorrow. Oh and give her the status update that we lost 2 frogs, a bullfrog and an experimental frog. Dunno how... they just kinda croaked. HAHAHA get it? Croaked... ya that was bad.

yeah croaked....did you know that TY made a frog named croak???? and when going to florida for my brother-in-laws funeral I found it (had never seen it before then)....it was kinda appropriate for the trip so I bought it.....

ah back to brooding....and who ordered the snow????????????????????????? (come and remove it please, its all over my driveway)

Did you lay it on his grave? That would have been even better. But ya I did know that they made one of those.

Snow is bad, its really messy around campus. Made walking out to help a friend troubleshoot recording it was crappier then crap out. Stupid snow. >.>

hey that snow is still on my driveway!!!

glad today is over, but I watched a bunch of star trek next gen movies and felt a little better......and ate tons of popcorn.

hope it stops snowing soon....have place to go, people to see.....

(I would have put the frog in, but only if I had gotten 2 of them...they only had the one at the gift shop so I wanted to keep it....a very strange reminder of my bro-in-law).
